Trainee Supervisor / Vineyard worker. 

Role Purpose:

​

To acquire the viticultural and supervision skills to be able to move into supervisor 
and/or other suitable roles at Vinewise. This will involve undertaking general vineyard 
tasks/duties and as your knowledge, skill and experience progresses training in more 
specialist tasks. (e.g. Machinery Operation, Staff Supervision, Pest, and Disease 
monitoring). 

This role requires you to take and show initiative and a proactive participation in 
developing your skills and experience.

This role requires you to take responsibility for your own and other staff health and safety.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Qualifications and Experience required: 

• A full New Zealand Drivers Licence 

• Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills 

• Fit, healthy and able to work outdoors. 

• Enthusiasm to develop your Viticulture Experience. 

• Able to communicate with and work respectfully with people of all cultures.
