Vineyard Supervisor
Role Purpose:
The Vineyard Supervisor is responsible for leading team's day-to-day vineyard operations to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role combines hands-on vineyard work with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out seasonal vineyard tasks including pruning, shoot thinning, bud rubbing, net application and removal, canopy management and harvest activities.

Frost protection and frost-fighting activities.

Coordinate and supervise team tasks, maintain operational records, and contribute to efficient workplace operations.

Develop practical viticulture skills and industry knowledge.

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience required:

A full New Zealand Drivers Licence.

Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.

Fit, healthy and able to work outdoors.

Enthusiasm to develop your Viticulture Experience.

Able to communicate with and work respectfully with people of all cultures.
